Annual HVAC Maintenance
It is recommended that you have preventive maintenance on your system in the Spring and Fall to ensure that your system is working at its optimum. One of the main causes of air conditioning or heating failure is lack of maintenance. This simple routine could prevent future costly repairs and the inconvenience of being without heating or cooling at the worst time. We will check to make sure your refrigeration levels are accurate, check voltage and amperage, inspect ductwork, and wash the condenser coil if needed. Routine filter changes are a necessity to keep your system clean and running efficiently. We can replace the filters if provided by the customer. We can also provide filters for an additional fee if given sizes prior to the service.
If your furnace is gas, it is essential for you to have your system checked before using it in the Winter. Having all of your burners and orifices inspected and cleaned if necessary is critical. It is imperative to install carbon monoxide monitors if there are any gas appliances in the home.
Hot or cold spots in your home
This is a common problem for many homeowners. This can usually be remedied by duct modifications if you have a properly sized system. Ductwork can also become inefficient due to deterioration and can loosen at connection points.
